Larkana or Larkano ( Urdu لاڑکانہ, Sindhi لاڙڪاڻو) is the fourth largest city in the Pakistani province of Sindh and is located in the northwest of the province. The city is very densely populated and the population is increasing rapidly. In August 2000, Larkana celebrated its 100th anniversary since the city was founded in 1900.
The city has a population of 490,508 and the area is about 3527 km².
