Lasary

Lasary (also: Antsary , Ansary ) is a Malagasy type of salad . The original recipes are likely from northern Madagascar.

Lasary is often served as a side dish or as a topping on a baguette sandwich. It is also offered as an accompaniment to meat skewers or rice .

Depending on the stock, the Court of is the green beans , cabbage , carrot and onion in a vinaigrette prepared sauce. Pickled mangoes and lemons are also used.
