Lawrence Lee

Lawrence Lee (Khui Fatt) (born January 3, 1948 Sabah , Malaysia) is a Swiss artist and poet.

Lawrence Lee came to Switzerland in 1972 and made the acquaintance of Max Matter at Galerie Palette, Zurich, at whose suggestion he moved to Aarau . Since then, Lee has regularly participated in exhibitions at home and abroad. In 1977 Lee was invited by Joseph Beuys to the Free International University , Documenta Kassel. Lee received Swiss citizenship in 1997.
