Le Fuet
Le Fuet is a village in the Bernese Jura , which had 269 inhabitants in 2000. It belongs to the Saicourt municipality .

The village is 841 m above sea level. M. on the southern slope of the Montbautier on the road from Tavannes to Bellelay . Le Fuet also has a road connection to Reconvilier .
history
Like the surrounding villages, Le Fuet belonged to the sphere of influence of the Bellelay monastery in the Middle Ages . Ecclesiastically, Le Fuet belonged to the parish of Tavannes-Chaindon until 1928, and since then to Tavannes. The village has retained its agricultural character to this day. Saicourt's meeting house is in Le Fuet.
