Le Manoir aux Quat 'Saisons
Le Manoir aux Quat´Saisons is a country inn with a Michelin-starred two-star restaurant in Great Milten, Oxfordshire , England , 40 miles northwest of London and 8 miles southeast of Oxford .
Since 1984, a native of the French Besancon managed chef Raymond Blanc the hotel and restaurant in the solid Cotswold built -Stein English country - or mansion (fr. Manor from the 15th century). Blanc opened other restaurants in England under the Brasserie Blanc label .
