Le Moulin de Mougins is a restaurant in Mougins that has been awarded by the Michelin Guide for 37 years .

history

In 1969 Roger Vergé opened the restaurant in a former mill. It was awarded a Michelin star in 1970, a second star in 1972 and a third star in 1974. In 2003 Roger Vergé sold it to Alain Llorca, who had previously cooked at the Negresco restaurant in Nice . In 2009 Sébastien Chambru became head chef, who closed the restaurant in 2013.
