Life pictures. Jewish Memories and Testimonials is a German-language book series with Jewish memories and testimonies that has been published by Fischer-Taschenbuch-Verlag in Frankfurt am Main since 1991 .

The series is a sub-series of the Black Series (Die Zeit des Nationalozialismus) , edited by Wolfgang Benz , who was head of the Center for Research on Antisemitism in Berlin until 2011 . It publishes reports from Holocaust survivors .

Some of the volumes appeared without counting. The first volume by Erich Leyens and Lotte Andor is entitled The Foreign Years: Memories of Germany . Volume 26 From the Ghetto to the Forests: Report of a Jewish Partisan 1939–1945 by Moshe Beirach (1918–2004 (?)) Was published in 2009.
