The Lednikov Bay ( Russian Бухта Ледниковая Buchta Lednikowaja , German , Glacier Bay ' ) is a small bay on the coast of the East Antarctic Queen Marie-country . It is located immediately west of McDonald Bay .

The bay was mapped in 1955 using aerial photographs from the US Operation Highjump (1946–1947). Soviet scientists, who presumably named it after the confluence of a small glacier, mapped it again in 1956. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia transferred the Russian name in 1960 in a partial translation into English.
