Lee Jung-soo (born January 8, 1980 in Gimhae , Gyeongsangnam-do ) is a South Korean football player .
Career
Lee's professional career began in 2002 with the K-League club Anyang LG Cheetahs . In the middle of the 2004 season, he moved to Incheon United . Here he contributed significantly to winning the runner-up title in the following season. 2006 Lee came to the Suwon Bluewings , with whom he celebrated winning the Korean Championship at the end of the 2008 season. In March of the same year Lee played his first international match in the third round of qualifying for the 2010 World Cup against North Korea, which ended in a goalless draw. In total, he was used in a further nine qualifying games.
In 2009 he briefly moved to Kyoto Purple Sanga in Japan before joining the Kashima Antlers that same year . With the national team he took part in the East Asian Championships in 2009 and in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
