Lefogaki is a small, uninhabited island in the Nanumea Atoll in the South Pacific island state of Tuvalu . It is located in the center of the atoll and is 0.2 hectares in size. Lefogaki is densely forested.

According to traditional lore, the island is said to have originated from sand that fell from the baskets of two women when they fled from the Tongan warlord Tefolaha .
