The Republic of Nauru sent two athletes to the fourth World Athletics Championships in 1993 in Stuttgart , Germany .

Results

Fredrick Canon finished on August 14, 1993 in the sixth heat over 100 meters of the men in a time of 11.72 seconds in sixth place ahead of Comoros Bakar Chehou Inzoudine . Among the 65 participants in the preliminary runs, only Inzoudine was slower. On August 17th, 1993 Canon finished eighth and last in the seventh heat over 200 meters in a time of 24.14 seconds. This made Canon the slowest of all 67 participants in the prelims. Wenona Steven finished on August 15, 1993 in the second heat over 100 meters of the women in a time of 14.70 seconds in eighth and last place. This made Steven, together with the Comorian Said Nassianti, the slowest of all 55 participants in the prelims .
