It is located on the west side of Leipziger Strasse in Magdeburg's Leipziger Strasse district . To the north is the also listed building at Leipziger Straße 27 , to the south by Leipziger Straße 28a .
Architecture and history
The five-storey plastered representative building was built in 1889 by the master bricklayer Krumsieg. The nine-axis facade is designed in the neo-renaissance style. The facade is rusticated on the ground floor and first floor . There are fine plaster profiles on the remaining floors. On the knee between the windows there are ornamental panels made of stucco .
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 17979 .
The building is considered to be significant in terms of urban planning in the context of the Wilhelminian style .
