Lena Arnaud (born October 3, 1996 ) is a former French biathlete .

Lena Arnaud made her international debut at the 2014 Junior Biathlon World Championships in Presque Isle . In the individual she reached the 22nd place, was 14th of the sprint and missed in the pursuit race following the sprint as fourth place after her teammate Estelle Mougel by only one place a medal. In the relay race she won the gold medal with Mougel and Julia Simon . Since the 2014/15 season she has been part of the French national junior squad.

Arnaud made her debut among women in 2014 in Obertilliach in the IBU Cup . In the first individual she immediately won points as 34th. In the mixed relay race, she reached the podium for the first time together with Chloé Chevalier , Baptiste Jouty and Antonin Guigonnat .
