Lena Rudkowski

Lena Rudkowski (* 1986 ) is a German lawyer .

Life

After graduating from the Ratsgymnasium Wolfsburg , she studied law at the Free University of Berlin , legal preparatory service in Berlin and London , state exams in 2008 and 2010. She was a research assistant at the Free University of Berlin (Chair for Civil Law and Labor Law, Frank Bayreuther , and Chair for Civil Law , Commercial and Company Law, Private Insurance Law and Private International Law, Christian Armbrüster ). After her doctorate in labor law in 2010 (The Strike in Services of General Interest) and her habilitation in 2015 on transparency obligations of financial service companies , venia legendi for civil law, labor law, insurance law and civil procedural law, she held visiting lectureships at the Université Catholique de Lille and the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi . From 2011 to 2018 she taught as a junior professor at the Faculty of Law at the Free University of Berlin, professorship for civil law, labor and insurance law. Since 2018 she has been Professor of Civil Law and Labor Law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen .
