Leo sweetheart
Leo Schatz (born March 10, 1918 in Amsterdam , Netherlands ; † October 4, 2014 there ) was a Dutch artist .
life and work
Schatz grew up in Betondorp . As a boy he learned pencil drawing from Albert Hahn Jr., a friend of the family.
Leo Schatz became famous with provocative, witty wax sculptures in the style of surrealism . He died at the age of 96 on October 4, 2014 in his hometown of Amsterdam.
