Leokadia Poczykowska

Leokadija Počikovska-Janušauskienė (born September 24, 1955 in Grodno Oblast ) is a Lithuanian politician of Polish origin.

Life

1957 Poczykowska came with her family to Lithuania . In 1992 she graduated from the Vilniaus Universitetas Faculty of Economics . From 1995 to 2004 she was the mayor of Vilnius Rajong Municipality . From 2004 to 2008 she was a member of the Seimas . From 2013 to July 2014 she was Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Lithuania , deputy of Vigilijus Jukna (* 1968) in the Butkevičius cabinet . It was put on the “black list” of the Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitėand should leave office. Nevertheless, she was reappointed Deputy Minister for Agriculture in August 2014. She is the deputy of Virginija Baltraitienė (* 1958).

Since 1995 Poczykowska has been a member of Lietuvos lenkų rinkimų akcija , vice chairman.

Poczykowska is married.
