Leona Graham
Leona Graham (born January 18, 1971 ) is a British radio presenter and voice-over artist. She currently works as a radio host for Absolute Radio (formerly Virgin Radio), a position she has held since 2000. They can also be heard on the Absolute 80s and Absolute Classic Rock digital radio stations .
Leona Graham has also recorded voice-overs for various national and local television and radio stations as well as for commercials.
education
Leona Graham attended Berkhamsted School for Girls in Berkhamsted . She then studied at the University of Warwick from 1989 to 1993 and received an Acting Bachelor of Arts degree. She is also licensed as a teacher.

Early career
She began her broadcasting career at W963 University Radio Warwick (now Radio Warwick ), where she presented the Thursday Night Rock Show and a journal-style nightly news program called Weekday Warwick.
Prior to joining Virgin Radio in 2000, Leona Graham worked for a variety of radio stations, initially at night and at low wages.

Virgin Radio
Leona Graham started hosting Virgin Radio in April 2000 . During her time at Virgin Radio, she presented a variety of programs: the Virgin Radio UK album charts, the Virgin Radio Party, Teenage Kicks, Hymns of the 80s, Smells like the 90's, The Classic Rock Show, The Late Show, Virgin Love and that Weekend breakfast radio.
She was the second presenter to be heard on Virgin's digital radio station Virgin Classic Rock when it was launched in 2003.
Absolute radio
Leona stayed with radio after Virgin Radio was renamed "Absolute Radio". It can be heard on Saturdays from 6.30pm to 10pm with its "Absolute Classic Rock Party" and on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm. She is also the substitute presenter and regularly takes on radio broadcasts from other presenters.
She is also the presenter on Absolute Radios digital radio stations Absolute Classic Rock (weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Sundays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and Absolute 80s (weekdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.).

On Absolute Radio, Leona Graham interviewed rock star Alice Cooper , AC / DC front man Brian Johnson and Free , Bad Company and Queen + Paul Rodgers singer , Paul Rodgers .
Voice overs
Leona has been the voice for BBC Radio One, BBC 5 LIVE, 95.8 Capital FM, The BOX, E4, Virgin Radio and Absolute Radio. She is a regular on BBC1, ITV1 and SKY1, and provides voice-over for Channel 4. She is also known for her voice on film trailers on Virgin Media TV.
She recently started working with Orion Media to produce trailers for its BRMB, Mercia and Wyvern FM broadcasters. Leona Graham is one of the voices on the Canadian radio station 102.3 Now Radio in Edmonton.
Awards
Absolute Radio received the Sony Radio Academy Award in bronze in 2010 in the category "Best Station Imaging" for its visual representation, in which Leona Graham was one of the main participants as Absolute Radio's voice.
