Leonardo Zamudio , also known by the nickname Chanclas , is a former (presumably Mexican ) football player in the position of a striker .
Life
"Chanclas" Zamudio belonged in the 1940/41 season to the championship team of Club Atlante in the Liga Mayor, which at that time was still operated on an amateur basis . In the following two seasons, Zamudio was under contract with city rivals Asturias .
When professional football was introduced in the 1943/44 season, Zamudio moved to Asociación Deportiva Orizabeña , for which he was also active in the following season . In his last known season 1945/46 Zamudio played for CF Monterrey , who retired from professional football due to several strokes of fate at the end of the same season.
