Leonhard Fopp

Leonhard Fopp (born November 15, 1948 in St. Moritz ) is a Swiss management consultant specializing in family businesses, entrepreneurial succession and corporate dynamics.

Life

Fopp graduated from commercial school in Neuchâtel , studied from 1968 to 1975 at the University of St. Gallen and graduated with the title Dr. oec. HSG in business administration. From 1972 to 1980 he worked for the Winterthur Insurance Group , initially in human resources and later in marketing.

From 1981 to 1984 he was Vice Director at the Management Center St. Gallen. In 1984 he founded the St. Gallen Consulting Group (SCG) together with three partners, where he was Vice President until 2003.

Fopp founded Continuum AG and remained active as chairman of the board of directors.

In 2011, Fopp founded the consulting company Dymas AG (dynamic management support), which supports entrepreneurs and companies with corporate dynamics. Since 2013 he has owned a gallery on Trittligasse in Zurich's old town, which is used and also rented for exhibitions of various kinds and events.

Fopp is married.
