Leppävaara ( Swedish. Alberga ) is a district of the Finnish city of Espoo and is the center of the most populous urban district Espoos (Finnish: suuralue ) Suur-Leppävaara . Leppävaara is located in eastern Espoo on the border with Helsinki .
The Sello shopping center is located in the district. Leppävaara station is an important hub in the local rail network in the Helsinki region .
The most famous sight of the district is the Lutheran Church of Leppävaara, which was completed in 1979.
