Lesly Marguerite Malouda (born November 16, 1983 in Kourou , French Guiana ) is a French football player who is currently under contract with the French second division FCO Dijon .

Lesly Malouda is the younger brother of former Chelsea FC player Florent Malouda .

Career

Malouda began his career in 1989 with ASC Le Geldar in French Guiana . Malouda came to France in 1998 and joined the RC Lens B team . In 2004 Lesly Malouda made the leap into the professional field, but played there only eight times in two years. For the 2005/06 season he was loaned to relegated FC Istres , where he successfully acted as a regular player in Ligue 2 . He played a total of 26 games and scored two goals. The following season he moved back to the B team of the RC Lens to then play for a year for the Toulouse Fontaines Club, where he only came to two missions. In the 2008/09 season, the meanwhile unsuccessful Lesly Malouda moved abroad, to Spain, where he joined CD Atlético Baleares and made 19 missions and one goal. A year later he moved back to France on a free transfer and signed a contract with Dijon FCO , where he played 19 times in the 2009/10 season.
