Lianxi ( Chinese  濂溪 区 , Pinyin Liánxī Qū ; until 2016 Lushan , 廬山 區  /  庐山 区 , Lúshān Qū ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Jiujiang in the southern Chinese province of Jiangxi . The city district has a total area of ​​369 km² and around 240,000 inhabitants (2016). Due to its climatic conditions (alternating cold and damp and sunny), the area is ideal for growing tea.

Administrative structure

At the community level, Lianxi is divided into two street districts, five large municipalities , two municipalities and a development zone. These are:
