The Libaka is a Central African short sword or knife . Alternative names are empute and bolengwa . The knife is used by the Konda , Nkudu and Ngata , who are at home in the western Democratic Republic of the Congo and belong to the Mongo ethnic group .

The Libaka has a leaf-shaped, double-edged blade. The blade has a central ridge . The handle is made of wood and, like the vagina with ornamental nails from brass or iron -tight and misted with wire from copper wrapped. The total length is about 50 cm. The knives were carried by a strap under the left armpit .
