The Nshaal is an African knife . It was used as a status weapon by the Cuba and Dengese .
description
The Nshaal has a broad, double-edged blade. The blade has a very strong central ridge. Often there are decorative perforations or chasings . The blade is usually made of steel , with some specimens it is made of copper . The handle is made of wood and has a conical knob . The booklet is also decorated in many ways, e.g. B. with hammered tin flakes or with windings made of brass wire .
