The Libelle all-weather car scooter was the only car model from the Austrian manufacturer Libelle Fahrzeugbau- und Vertriebsgesellschaft . Production ran from 1952 to 1954.
description
The vehicle was a very small car . It was a tricycle with the single wheel at the back. The single - cylinder two-stroke engine with 199 cm³ displacement and 8.5 HP (6.25 kW) came from Rotax . The vehicle had a four-speed gearbox. The maximum speed was given as 80 km / h, the gradeability with 28%, and the gasoline consumption with 3 liters of mixture per 100 km.
It was an open two-seater without doors with an emergency roof.
A total of 40 vehicles were built. One of them can be seen in the RRR Roller, Rollermobile & Wurlitzer Museum in Eggenburg .
