Niv Libner (born November 1, 1987 in Tel Aviv ) is a former Israeli cyclist and three-time national champion.

Athletic career

Niv Libner was Israeli champion in the junior class road race and second in the individual time trial in 2005. In 2009 he won the bronze medal in the road race at the Maccabiade . From the 2010 season, Libner started for the Continental Team Amore & Vita-Conad . Between 2010 and 2014 he was Israeli road champion three times.
