Movie theater in Fürstenfeldbruck

The cinema in Furstenfeldbruck , Maisacher Straße 7, is a 1930-built cinema . It ceased operations in 2013, was listed as a historical monument in 2014 and acquired by the city of Fürstenfeldbruck in 2015. After extensive renovation, it reopened as a cinema and cultural center in August 2018. It is one of the oldest movie theaters still in use in Bavaria.

The building, designed in the form of the New Building of the 1920s, was designed by the Fürstenfeldbruck architect Adolf Voll . The T-shaped building, covered with a gently sloping hipped roof, consists of a two-storey porch with a convex entrance area with a flying roof and a cinema hall attached to the rear.
