Lidya Chepkurui (born August 23, 1984 ) is a Kenyan obstacle runner .

In the 2012 season it improved from 9: 30.73 min to 9: 14.98 min compared to the previous year.

In 2013 she increased to 9: 13.75 min at the Qatar Athletic Super Grand Prix in May and was the fastest runner of the year up to the World Athletics Championships in Moscow . She became a Kenyan Master in June. At the World Cup she only had to admit defeat to her compatriot Milcah Chemos Cheywa with a time of 9: 12.55 min .
