Love, Babies and a big heart is a television series of the ZDF , which was produced 2006-2012 and aired.
action
The midwife Antonia begins after separating from her boyfriend in Berlin a new life in the "clinic at the lake" directly on Tegernsee in Bavaria . There she met and fell in love with the doctor Thomas. The honeymoon takes place in Namibia , where she suffers a miscarriage and then learns that she will never be able to have children of her own. She stays unplanned for three months and helps set up a midwifery school and brings the orphan boy Nahas to Germany, who is later adopted by Antonia and Thomas.
The individual films in the series are self-contained. In every episode there are patients who need to be looked after in a wide variety of ways. However, there is a general story with the clinic staff that runs like a red thread through all of the episodes; in episode 6, for example, the return visit from Africa in episode 4 takes place.
