Robert is a more complicated case than the determined daughter-in-law. He wants Teresa to stay. You misunderstand him. Unfortunately, Teresa cannot hear. She doesn't believe her father-in-law. Iris is the 55 year old friend of Martha and Robert. More precisely, she was Robert's lover when she was younger.
