The building Liebherrstraße 4 in the district Lehel in Munich was built in 1905-06. The house is a protected monument .

history

The tenement house in the German Renaissance style was built by the architect Konrad Böhm based on a modified preliminary design by Adolf Wentzel. The richly structured building with two risalits , balcony bands and plastic decoration was awarded the facade prize of the state capital Munich in 2004.
