Sigrid Liede

Sigrid Liede-Schumann (* 1957 as Sigrid Liede) is a German botanist and university professor. She is the head of the Chair for Plant Systematics Working Group Angiosperms at the University of Bayreuth .

Career

In 1979 she completed her studies in biochemistry at the University of Tübingen . 1983 followed a master's degree in biology (applied botany and microbiology) at the University of Hamburg . In 1988 she received her PhD in botany from the same university. In 1996 he completed his doctorate at Ulm University .

Its botanical abbreviation is Liede .
