Liesa Scholzen

Liesa Scholzen (born June 24, 1992 in Eupen ) is a Belgian politician on the ProDG (“Pro German-speaking Community”) free citizen list. Since 2014 she has been a member of the parliament of the German-speaking community in Belgium.

Life

After graduating from high school, Liesa Scholzen studied political science (Bachelor) at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 2010 to 2015 and is currently doing her Masters at RWTH Aachen University (focus on international relations). From September 2014 to September 2015 she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Belgian Broadcasting Corporation in Eupen.

Tasks in the DG Parliament

Scholzen is a member of Committee IV (health and social affairs) and a deputy member of Committee II (culture, local authorities, employment and business development) and Committee III (teaching, training and adult education).
