Lilian Rachel Greenwood (born March 26, 1966 in Bolton ) is a British politician and current member of the House of Commons .

Life

Greenwood received her education at Canon Slade School in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton before going to Cambridge . From 1992 to 2010 she worked for the UNISON union in Nottingham . On May 6, 2010, she moved into the House of Commons in the general election as the Labor Party representative for the constituency of Nottingham South . In Parliament she mainly deals with transport policy.

Greenwood is married with three children.
