Lilyan Tashman (born October 23, 1896 in New York , † March 21, 1934 there ) was an American actress .

Life

She was the daughter of Maurice Tashman (1856-1924) and Rose Cook Tashman (1854-1914). Tashman attended Girl's High School in Brooklyn . As an actress, she played in various silent films and plays. From 1920 to 1921 she was married to Al Lee. In 1925 she married the actor Edmund Lowe with whom she was together until her death.
