Lina Rafn
Lina Rafn (born Lina Rafn Sørensen ; born August 12, 1976 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish pop singer, songwriter, producer and the second half of the dance music duo Infernal .
Lina Rafn was born on Nørrebro in Copenhagen and grew up in the suburb of Herlev . Before starting Infernal in 1997, she worked as a dancer for various groups, television shows, films, etc. At first she was not intended to be the singer of Infernal, but then took a few singing lessons and established herself as one of the most internationally successful Danish pop musicians. In 2007 Infernal were the most heard Danes worldwide. Her best known hit is From Paris to Berlin .
In 2007 Lina Rafn drew attention to herself in Denmark when she wanted to deduct her costumes and make-up from the tax. After losing in court, she met for an interview with the Danish tax minister. The Danish Musicians' Association supported them in the matter.
Since the first season in 2007/2008 she has been one of the three jury members for the casting show X Factor by DR1 . She is also in the second season of 2008/2009. The show has around 2 million viewers (40% of the Danish population).
