Linda Budinger

Linda Budinger (born February 14, 1968 in Leverkusen ) is a German writer . Some texts have also appeared under her stage name Marion Frost .

Life

Linda Budinger lives in Leichlingen (Rhineland) . She has been writing fantasy and fantasy for more than 20 years. Fairy tales, myths and legends from all over the world fascinated her from childhood. These literary preferences strongly influenced her own works. After graduating from high school, she studied prehistory, German and ethnology at the University of Cologne for a few semesters . She now works as a freelance writer and translator for the Lübbe publishing group. In addition to publications for the role play " Das Schwarze Auge " (novels and short stories), she also works on editing. She co-wrote the Bastei series "Schattenreich pulp magazine". The stories she wrote have been nominated for the German Fantastic Prize several times.

Linda Budinger is the partner of Alexander Lohmann , with whom she also works as a translator ( Matthew Pearl , Simon Beaufort).
