Linda JS Allen

Linda JS Allen is an American bio mathematician .

Linda JS Allen graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth , Minnesota with a BA in Mathematics in 1975 . She then studied at the University of Tennessee , Knoxville , where she earned an MS degree in 1978 and a Ph.D. in 1981. She has taught at Texas Tech University since 1985 .

Allen's most cited work is An introduction to stochastic processes with applications to biology .
