Linda Spenst

Linda Spenst ( Linda Felicia Spenst, married Blade; born May 26, 1962 ) is a former Canadian heptathlete and long jumper .

At the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, she was fifth in the heptathlon and eleventh in the long jump.

In 1987 she was fourth in the heptathlon at the Pan American Games in Indianapolis .

In 1986 she became Canadian heptathlon champion. She set her personal best in this discipline of 5688 points on May 24, 1987 in Götzis .
