Lindenmaier-Möhring (abbreviated LM or LMK for Lindenmaier-Möhring - commented BGH case law ) is an electronically published legal journal that contains reviewed decisions of the Federal Court of Justice .

It emerged from the Lindenmaier-Möhring work, reference work of the Federal Court of Justice , founded by Fritz Lindenmaier and Philipp Möhring and based on the internal reference work of the Federal Court of Justice . Today, current decisions of the Federal Court of Justice are reproduced in the guiding principle and discussed by authors from academia and legal practice.

The editors are the President of the Federal Court of Justice Günter Hirsch , the lawyer at the Federal Court of Justice Rudolf Nirk and the university professor Thomas Pfeiffer (as of 2007). The work is published monthly by C. H. Beck .
