The Linus Beach ( English ; Bulgarian бряг Лин brjag Lin ) is a 2 km long beach in the northwest of Snow Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located 1.5 km west of Gostun Point and 1.6 km east of Mezdra Point on the east side of Cape Timblón .
Bulgarian scientists named him in 2020 after Linos , son of Calliope and music teacher of Heracles from Greek mythology .
