Walter Carl Urban Lionel Pracht (born May 29, 1875 in Uelzen , † March 2, 1945 in Bad Pyrmont ) was a German administrative officer and politician ( DDP ).

Pracht was the son of pastor Karl Friedrich Gustav Pracht and his wife Helene Marie Albertine nee Schaumann. He married Johanne Dorothea Gertrude Spreine on August 11, 1903 in Göttingen. He attended the Göttingen grammar school and passed the Abitur there in 1894. From 1894 to 1901 he was an active officer and then retired from military service due to a maneuver injury . After preparing for civil service, he was the mayor of Vienenburg from 1903 to 1906 . From 1906 to 1918 he was mayor of Schivelbein . From 1918 to 1924 he was mayor of Bad Pyrmont and then a member of the supervisory board of Bad Pyrmont AG.

From 1919 to 1922 he was a member of the Waldeck-Pyrmont constitutional representation for the DDP .
