Lionel Wiener

Lionel Wiener (* 1878 ; † 1940 ) was a Belgian railway engineer who worked on numerous railway projects before the First World War . The standard work on articulated locomotives (Articulated Locomotives Kalmbach Publishing Co., Waukesha 1970), published in 1930, is of great documentary interest for posterity . In addition, Lionel has composed Viennese operettas and written an extensive history of the Brussels theaters.
