Lionrock was a British big beat band consisting of Justin Robertson, Sean Braithwaite (MC Buzz B) and Roger Lyons.

The band was founded in 1991 by Justin Robertson. Justin Robertson was already a successful DJ and remixer before the band was founded . In 1993 Lionrock came under contract with the record label Deconstruction Records . 1995 replaced Roger Lyons the engineer ( recording engineer ) Mark Stagg. The band landed their biggest chart hit in 1998 with the song " Rude Boy Rock " at number 20 in the British single charts . " Rude Boy Rock " was part of the soundtracks of the computer game FIFA 99 and the American horror comedy Die Killerhand ( Idle Hands ) from 1999. In 1998 they starred on the Maxi Lost in Space (for the science fiction film Lost in Space ) by Apollo Four Forty contributed the remix Lionrock Galactic Boogie Mix of the song Lost in Space . The band split up in 2001.
