Lishi
Lishi ( Chinese 离石 区 , Pinyin Líshí Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture -level city of Lüliang in Shanxi Province . Lishi forms the city center and is also the seat of the city government of Lüliang.
The city district has an area of 1,323 km² and about 240,000 inhabitants (end of 2004). In the city, which is 919 meters above sea level, they live mainly from the large coal deposits in the area and from agriculture. The climate is cold and dry, with an annual average of around 10 ° C.
