Xing (Lüliang)
Xing ( Chinese 兴县 , Pinyin Xīng Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture-level city of Lüliang in the west of Shanxi Province . It has an area of 3,167 km² and a population of 270,000. Its main town is the municipality of Weifen (蔚 汾 镇).
The site of the seat of government of the Shanxi-Suiyuan border region and the headquarters of the military area ( Jin-Sui bianqu zhengfu ji junqu silingbu jiuzhi晋绥 边区 政府 及 军区 司令部 旧址) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (4-241 ) .
