List of administrators from Ritzebüttel
The administrator of Ritzebüttel was from 1864 to 1935 administrator of the Ritzebüttel rulership and subordinated to the Hamburg-based rulers . The landlord himself as a senator did not have to be present in Ritzebüttel, but ruled from Hamburg, 100 kilometers away.
In 1935, the communities were Groden , Westermann and Süderwisch , Stickenbüttel , Duhnen , Neuwerk and parts of Sahlenburg to Cuxhaven incorporated so that the countryside cranny bailiff de facto no longer existed. After the mayor of Cuxhaven had already taken on the role of administrator since 1933, the Ritzebüttel rulership was abolished. The position of administrator ceased to exist.
