The list is based on the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been maintained and updated by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority.

Richard-Wagner-Straße 12 ( location )	Community center	Two-storey corner building, Zwerchhaus, 1708. In 2013 and 2014, the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments urged that the “renovable” building be preserved as an “individual monument”. The client, on the other hand, considered the renovation to be “unreasonable”, as the construction work would have increased the square meter prices in this property by up to 60 percent. After several inspections, the State Office approved the demolition of the property in spring 2014.	D-5-62-000-565	more pictures
