railway station The station was built in 1864. It lies on the Lübeck – Lüneburg railway line , but is no longer a stopping point today. However, following a resolution, the station is to be put back into operation. 28796291 BW

Ev. Chapel of John the Baptist The Evangelical Chapel of John the Baptist was built in the late Gothic period. It is a rectangular brick building. In front of the entrance on the south side there is a porch with a roof turret, also called the bridal house. Inside there is a winged altar, the middle picture shows a crucifixion and dates from around 1520. The paintings on the wings are from the second half of the 17th century. Inside they show a baptism scene and a Lord's Supper and outside St. George and St. Jacobus. The baptism is possibly from the 15th century. The chandelier is dated to 1762. 28796386 Ev.
