Medium risalit , saddle roof, mezzanine and basement level as well as entrance veranda; Domain tenant until 1945, then refugee accommodation, library, community hall, doctor's practice and residential building; Refurbished in 2003 as a home for the Lüth family, plus three holiday apartments.
